We gladly accept returns of any unworn jewelry within 14 days of receipt for store credit or refund. Before returning any item(s), please obtain a Return Authorization Number by
emailing us at Lauren@sophiaandchloe.com
or by calling Sophia & Chloe at (760) 632-1217. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All sales made outside of the United States are final sales.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number, please securely pack and seal the return merchandise and a copy of your original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the given address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
LOSE AN EARRING?

we strive for perfection. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace a single earring, as it is nearly impossible to ensure that a replacement earring would perfectly match your original. If you would like to replace a lost earring, a new pair must be purchased.
ships all purchases via USPS or UPS. An email confirmation, as well as a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships. All orders placed within normal business hours (9am-5pm PST) will ship within 1-2 business days.

• UPS 2nd Day Air: $14.95
• UPS Overnight: $19.95
FREE UPS 2nd Day Air on all orders over $1,000
Please note that all orders shipped outside of the United States will be FINAL sales. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
• USPS Priority Mail International: $24.95
Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.
Orders shipped to all states other than California are exempt from sales tax. All orders shipped within California will be subject to sales tax of 7.75%.
